Partial commissioning – 1. construction phase of the Beselich composting plant

The first construction phase included the upgrading of the existing five composting tunnels and the complete encapsulation of all halls including exhaust air collection.
In addition, all doors were equipped with air curtain technology.
The exhaust air from the composting tunnels and the exhaust air from the halls is purified in future via biofilters after humidification of the exhaust air. This is intended to ensure optimum odour reduction..
Completion of the entire plant is scheduled for August 2019.
